Our application packet contains numerous pages of information, along with the application itself. Please read the Criteria For Residency Tenant Selection Plan. It explains important information pertaining to qualifications for living at YaPoAh Terrace. We have also included a checklist to make sure you are returning all pages of the application, please refer to it before you mail/deliver the application to us.
If you decide to print only the application portion of the packet, please make sure you print and return all pages of the application. HUD, Housing and Urban Development, policy requires us to have all pages on file, whether or not your feel they pertain to you. Also, if your printer gives you the option to print double sided we would greatly appreciate your doing so.

If you are going to mail the application to us, our address is: 350 Pearl Street, Eugene, OR 97401. If you prefer to drop it off in person, and would also like a tour, please call ahead to make an appointment as tours are by appointment only. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00am to Noon AND 1:00pm to 4:00pm. Please arrive approximately 30 minutes before the office window closes (11:30am & 3:30pm) so we can check the application for accuracy and make photo copies of your current valid picture id and social security card; both are part of the application requirements
IMPORTANT NOTE: It may be that you prefer to only print specific pages, but it is very important that you print the complete application and fill it out before you mail it to us or drop it off at the office. A completed application is required before a name is added to our wait list.
